REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

01. Our Principles

  • At Anjaneya Rituals & Astrology service, we endeavour to provide the finest possible service to our customers. We labour for God, not for profit. So, if a client or customer feels or attempts to distort this idea, we may have trouble serving them. In that situation, we would reimburse the whole money paid by the client for the service.

    •

  • We constantly strive to give the client 100 percent or greater effect. As a result, we examine the muhurtha (time) and adjust the rites accordingly. We also inform the client about this.

  • Even after numerous explanations, if the consumers insist on performing the ritual at the incorrect muhurtha, we will issue a refund. We expect an explanation from the client if he or she is unsatisfied.

  • The displeasure will not be taken into account if the explanation lacks moral foundation and proof. The consumer is also unable to initiate a refund. Clients who voice their displeasure and concerns after two days after the ritual's completion and receipt of the recordings will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If the customer cancels the homam and pooja before 6 hours before the service's execution, Anjaneya Rituals & Astrology service reserves the right to modify the date, time, and priests of the service's execution.
